"Street gangs". Ciri

Finally here is Ciri.
She is a time traveler who's just came back from the future.
I've searched tons of retro-futuristic references from 80s sci-fi movies: Blade Runner, Tron, Running Man, Aliens, Terminator, Escape from New York, etc. and especially Back to the future 2. The futuristic outfits in some of these movies... they look really cheesy today: psychedelic colors, crazy tattoos, microchips all over the place. So I wanted to express this zeitgeist in my version of Ciri.
